A little about ESkyWorld

  We are a non profit organization open to the public and we provide 24 hours, 7 days a week, a web site that facilitates the meeting of Air Traffic Controllers and Pilots on Flight Simulator 2002. Our servers host the sessions and the ATC's VA'S and pilot connect to them thought a password system. No Server information concerning our active sessions is permitted to be posted outside of our web site. All our ATC's must successfully complete a three stage test before being accepted. All our game sessions are server assisted with FSHOST. All our ATC adhere to a code of conduct and use FS Navigator and TeamSpeak to assist them in their air traffic controlling.

We provide an environment where competition is permitted between players through the use of our Air Cash program in use since July of 2002. The Air Cash results cannot be transferred to another organization nor should those results be used and posted by any other organization. AirCash results of pilots and VA's are the sole propriety of ESkyWorld. If an account is inactive for a period of more than 60 days eSkyworld reserves the right to delete those accounts and to transfer the amounts of Aircash to its World Bank or directly to its pilots and VA's through a bidden system and/or its Bidding Center. AirCash members can transfer some or all their assets to another pilot or VA but eSkyworld monitors those transactions and reserves the right to void any transactions if the transaction is viewed as unrealistic in the context of the game, mean spirited or dubious. Like in the real world, any financial transactions are subjected to the final approval of a governing institution. In cases of dispute, the matter is decided by eSkyworld Board and its decision is final. All our pilots and VA's can use the air cash program to add an edge of realism to their game but if eSkyworld determines that a pilot or a VA has tempered the results or committed fraud eSkyworld reserves the right to terminate the offending pilots and VA's access and use to its AirCash program and to remove the offending parties access to its web services.
