Rules and Regulations
Eligibility
Anyone and everyone is eligible to join TransAmerican© and TransAmerican Express Airways©. In no way will applicants be judged by race, color, sex, religion, and age. All applicants are eligible and worthy of flying with TransAmerican©. All pilots will need a microphone for voice chat communication.
Application for Position
Any and all people which would like to join TransAmerican© and TransAmerican Express Airways© shall do so by either going to the pilot application page or by following these steps: 1. Send an email to the Application Officer, on it include Full name, Age, Flight simulator version, Country, and E-Mail address. 2. You should receive your confirmation E-Mail usually received within 72 hours. 3. Be sure to send a confirmation reply to the Application Officer within 12 days saying you have gotten your confirm. E-Mail or the application will be invalid. 4. Then you will get another E-Mail, you will be given a call sign for Eskyworld©. 5. You will then be given more instructions on how to sign up with eskyworld©. Then you can go to the Fleet section and download the Class One planes as time goes on you will be eligible to use the other planes. Note: you may still use the other planes for practice or training but you may not use them for ESkyWorld© flights until you have earned them. The only positions you may sign up for at this time is pilot and painter. Higher positions such as CEO or Director of and area must be earned.
Regulations for Pilots
All current and active pilots will be required to make at least one flight a month on the ESkyWorld© Flight Server Network. If you are not able to meet this quota, you will be warned and will have two week to complete a flight. If for some reason you would not be able to meet the quota for a specific reason such as: Vacation, Family, Computer problems, or Schedule, just contact the President CEO and give a brief explanation of your absence. If your absence was because of a natural disaster or an uncontrollable force you will still have the 6 weeks to complete the flight. Your records will be kept for up to 4 months although after six weeks your status will be placed to suspended until an explanation is received.
Emergencies in the Air
In the event of a mid-air emergency, the pilot will contact the Air Traffic Controller and will announce the emergency and Situation. The pilot will then try to do their best to either land at the destination airport, departure airport, or another suitable airport. Upon landing the pilot will send an emergency report, this will be done by e-mail and sent to the Flight Operations Director. This email will consist of: Pilot name, call sign, Departure Airport, Destination Airport, Description of emergency, and the action which was taken.
Contact for Complaints
If a pilot has a problem or complaint about another member or pilot contact the President CEO immediately action will be taken to resolve the problem.
